And, while he may be unconcerned about what others think, Ballenger admits to maintaining a high level of attention and focus throughout each training session. He also emphasizes diet and nutrition, claiming that his diet is responsible for his muscular body. “We all want to get large, but not by pounding McDonald’s or other empty-calorie sources,” says the author. Clean eating is essential, which is why I like complex carbs and lean meats like fish, chicken breast, and sirloin steak.”

Ballenger’s objective as his muscular physique improves is to achieve both his best physique and bodybuilding pro card and work with youngsters to motivate them to reach for the stars while staying grounded in health and fitness.
